Terms of Trade

The following “Trading Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Gold Securities Inc. (“Company”) and regarding the use of all kinds of financial instruments, trading platforms, account types, transaction services and related products (“Services”) offered by the Company. The Investor is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full by opening an account with the Company or starting to use the Services.

TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following “Trading Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Gold Securities Inc. (“Company”) and <Investor> regarding the use of all kinds of financial instruments, trading platforms, account types, transaction services and related products (“Services”) offered by the Company. The Investor is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full by opening an account with the Company or starting to use the Services.

1. Definitions

1.1. Services: Opening an investment account, transmitting buy-sell orders, providing market data, reporting, educational content and all similar activities.

1.2. Investor: A natural or legal person who has opened an account with the Company and completed the KYC and AML processes.

1.3. Platform: Trading interfaces provided through the Company's web, mobile or desktop applications.

1.4. Spread: The difference between the bid and ask prices.

1.5. Commission: A fixed or variable fee charged per counterparty for each transaction.

1.6. Leverage: The ability to open positions in multiples of the investor's capital.

1.7. Collateral: The minimum balance that must be kept in the account to maintain open positions.

1.8. Liquidity Provider: Banks, brokerage firms or market makers that provide price quotes and liquidity to the Company.

2. Account Opening and Customer Verification

2.1. The investor is obliged to provide proof of identity and address through the Company's web form or requested documents.

2.2. A real trading account cannot be opened without completing identity verification; only the demo account is active.

2.3. The Company may request additional documents due to KYC/AML obligations.

3. Transaction Conditions

3.1. Order Types: Market, limit, stop, OCO and other platform-specific order types can be used as defined.

3.2. Spread and Commissions: Current rates are published on the website; Investor can see all costs in the transaction history.

3.3. Leverage Ratios: Product-based, Investor approves before opening a transaction.

4. Collateral and Liquidation

4.1. The investor must keep the minimum collateral in the account to protect the open positions.

4.2. If the collateral ratio exceeds 100%, the Company may liquidate the positions without notification.

4.3. The loss and additional collateral burden after liquidation belong to the Investor.

5. Market Conditions and Price Changes

5.1. Prices are obtained from liquidity providers; slippage or re-quote may occur in case of excessive volatility or technical failure.

5.2. Losses arising from such market conditions are the responsibility of the Investor unless the Company's fault is proven.

6. Risk Disclosures

6.1. All instruments, including leveraged transactions, may result in the loss of all or part of the capital.

6.2. The Investor is responsible for conducting his/her own research and using risk management tools.

7. Fees and Expenses

7.1. Spread, commission, swap and deposit/withdrawal fees are charged as stated in the current tariff.

7.2. The Company may update the tariffs provided that it announces them in advance; Investors are obliged to follow the updates.

8. Data Security and Privacy

8.1. Personal data is protected under the KVKK and GDPR.

8.2. Data will not be shared without investor approval; it will only be forwarded to the relevant authorities in case of legal obligation.

9. Technical Discrepancies and Interruptions

9.1. In cases of maintenance, update or cyber attack, the Company will re-provide the service as soon as possible.

9.2. Damages arising from technical failures are the responsibility of the Investor unless the Company's fault is proven.

10. Account Closure and Termination of Service

10.1. The investor may close his/her account with a written request; he/she is obliged to close open positions.

10.2. The Company reserves the right to close the account without additional notice in case of breach of contract or regulatory decisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. A solution is sought primarily through negotiation.

11.2. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.
